Business Document Submission Guide

Welcome to Hub Delivery's business document submission guide. This tool will help you identify and locate the correct documents needed to continue delivering with Hub Delivery.

Note: Having the correct documents ready will ensure that there is no delay in continuing to receive packages. Click on any underlined document name to see an example.

As a Sole Proprietorship, below is a list of documents that are acceptable. Click the name of the underlined document to see an example.

Option 1
1. Schedule C

As a Sole Member LLC, below is a list of documents that are acceptable. You can choose between the document in Option 1, Option 2, or Option 3. Click the name of the underlined document to see an example.

As a Corporation S/C, or LLC, below is a list of documents that are acceptable. You can choose between the document in Option 1, the documents in Option 2, or the documents in Option 3. Click the name of the document to see an example.

Step 3. Get a copy of your documents

Not sure where to get a copy of your documents? Use the dropdown menu to select your state, navigate to your Secretary of State website, then submit a request for your business documents.

Step 4. Check before you submit

Before you submit your documents, ensure that they follow these guidelines:

  • Document must be issued by a federal/state/city government agency
  • Document must have been issued in the last 5 years
  • Document cannot be expired if it has an expiration date
  • Document must include all or a combination of the following:
    • Business name
    • Operating address
    • Owner's name
